The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research send the first financial dues of students of the ability building program to the University of Valparaiso through banking system for a number of students of the ability building program who are studying there.
After the approval of the Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan Region, to disburse 30 million dollars to the students of the capacity building program, On Wednesday, 5th of April, 2017, the first meeting under the supervision of Dr. Youssef Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, at the hall of the Committee for the distribution of financial dues to students of the capacity building program was held.
